One person, many roles: the person behind five records, and what a business should master

Linh graduated from the university in 2022 and came back for a master's. Her online application gave her a new student number that nothing linked to her old one, so five records now hold one person. Her application asks for a transcript of the degree the university gave her, and the alumni office invites her to the master's she's already doing. Each system stored a role and called it the person. Keep the person, the roles, the contact points and the identifiers apart, write down who keeps each piece, and four questions say what else needs mastering.
