Over a weekend, 1,240 changes reach the university's hub from four systems. Its rules match nearly all of them, and 8 too close to call wait for Mei. The first is Rafael, a graduate applying for a master's: his application looked for him first, and waited instead of making a new number. The hub shows why the rules gave the match 74, an AI helper drafts a note that suggests, and Mei decides, with her reason kept and one step to undo it. The change is published for each system to read, the alumni office never sees his birth date, and on Friday a blind check of the week's automatic links keeps the rules honest. Five questions to ask any hub close the film.
