Roles come and go
A status is true for a day. Give every role a start, an end and an owner, and ask any question as at a date.

Airport codes outlive their reasons, because changing one costs everyone who uses it. At the university, Linh's tutor role has three names in three systems, and nothing written down says they match. A list of statuses is typed again in two tests, and a count lists her country three times. Jun gives each list one home: a table with each value's code and label, its owner, and the date it applies from. The tests read the list instead of typing it, a change is a pull request its owner approves, countries come from the international standard, and lists about people stay short and are asked for only with a purpose.
